Levón Grigorián is the managing partner of GK Group Legal. He is specialized in financing and refinancing transactions and advises companies, financial institutions and investment funds at national and international level.

He has also counseled in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, real estate and infrastructure developments, and corporate restructuring transactions.
