Cómo responsable del sitio web, pone a disposición de los usuarios el presente documento, que regula el uso del sitio web: https://gkgrouplegal.com/ (en adelante, la “Web“) con el que damos cumplimiento a las obligaciones que dispone LSSICE, así como informamos a todos los usuarios del sitio web respecto de cuáles son las condiciones de uso del mismo.
A través de la Web, GK GROUP LEGAL facilita a los usuarios el acceso, información y contenidos puestos a su disposición a través de la web. 4. CONDICIONES DE ACCESO Y USO DE LA WEB
Las condiciones de uso regulan el acceso y utilización del sitio Web que GK GROUP LEGAL, pone gratuitamente a disposición de los usuarios de Internet. Cualquier infracción de las prohibiciones y limitaciones contenidas en este apartado, se reputará infracción de los derechos de propiedad intelectual titularidad de GK GROUP LEGAL y dará lugar a las responsabilidades legalmente establecidas al efecto, pudiendo ser perseguida por esta última mediante el ejercicio de las acciones administrativas, civiles o penales que, en su caso, correspondan.

6. REDES SOCIALES GK GROUP LEGAL
Cuenta con un perfil en redes sociales, por lo que es responsable del tratamiento de los datos de sus seguidores. El tratamiento que se llevará a cabo con dichos datos será el que la red social permita al perfil de entidad. GK GROUP LEGAL podrá publicar información general para sus seguidores en la red social sobre sus servicios, así como prestar un servicio personalizado de atención al cliente. El tratamiento de los datos que los Usuarios incluyan en las mismas, haciéndose seguidores del prestador en las redes sociales, se regirá por este apartado, así como por las condiciones de uso, políticas de privacidad y normativas de acceso y uso de las redes sociales en cuestión y aceptadas previamente por el Usuario.
Queda prohibida la publicación de contenidos que sean presuntamente ilícitos por la normativa nacional, comunitaria o internacional o contravengan los principios de la buena fe, que atenten contra los derechos fundamentales de las personas, la protección de menores, el orden público la vida privada, los derechos de los consumidores y los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial y, en general, cualesquiera otros contenidos que GK GROUP LEGAL considere no apropiados.
