Career

Levón Grigorián is the managing partner at GK Group Legal and has broad experience in banking and finance transactions.

He has advised on financing and debt restructuring transactions, including real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure and aircraft finance projects, in both domestic and cross border structures. He has also counseled in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, real estate and infrastructure developments, and corporate restructuring transactions.

From June 2012 until May 2022, he worked as a principal associate to the Iberian law firm Cuatrecasas in its New York, London, Sao Paulo, Madrid, Barcelona and Zaragoza offices.

In 2018, he worked as an international associate to the Chinese law firm DHH Beijing in its Washington, D.C. office.

In 2019, he was seconded as an international associate to the Russian law firm Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners in its Moscow office.
